Tonight is our first night at Old Bengal Bar in the City – we’re so excited to be working with such a beautiful venue!

The name is a bit deceptive, my mum asked if it was an Indian restaurant. Actually, the building used to be owned by the East India Company, but now it’s been converted into a fantastic bar that creates really delicious cocktails (including some Korean specials for August!)

They have a lovely (covered) courtyard – including blankets to snuggle under if it gets chilly, and we’ll be there BBQ’ing on their Big Green Egg, serving up these treats:

    Gochujang Ribs

Spicy pork ribs with sticky gochujang glaze

    Busan Burger

28 day aged rare breed British beef burger, dunked in bulgogi sauce, topped with mustard pickled onions.

    Prawn Po Boy

Korean Fried Prawns, salad and tangy yuja mayo – served in a baguette.

    Pork Belly Bun w/ Mooli ‘Slaw

Sweet and spicy pork belly, gochujang sauce, served with mooli and yoghurt ‘slaw

    Kim’s Long ‘Un

Meaty pork hot dog, butter-fried kimchi, spicy gochujang ketchup and cheesy sauce.

    Barbecued Wings

Barbecued chicken wings marinated in a soy garlic sauce

It’s super close to Liverpool St station, so come find us every Mon/Tue throughout August from 5pm. See you there!
